Ex 12:37-38 37: And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children. 38: And a mixed (6154) multitude went up also with them; and flocks, and herds, even very much cattle.

Num 11:4. And the mixt multitude (628) that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

This showes that the mixed multitude from Ex 12:38 that left Egypt made it to Mt Sinai and received the commandments, swore to uphold them and left along with the Israelites.

Ex 12:43-49  43: And the LORD said unto Moses and Aaron, This is the ordinance of the passover: There shall no stranger (1121+5236) eat thereof: 44: But every man's servant (5650) that is bought for money, when thou hast circumcised him, then shall he eat thereof. 45: A foreigner (8453) and an hired servant (7916) shall not eat thereof. 46: In one house shall it be eaten; thou shalt not carry forth ought of the flesh abroad out of the house; neither shall ye break a bone thereof. 47: All the congregation (5712) of Israel shall keep it. 48: And when a stranger (1616) shall sojourn (1481) with thee, and will keep the passover to the LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof. 49: One law shall be to him that is homeborn (249), and unto the stranger (1616) that sojourneth among you.

Ex 29:33 And they shall eat those things where with the atonement was made, to consecrate and to sanctify them: but a stranger (2114) shall not eat thereof, because they are holy.

Dt 15:20-22 20: Thou shalt eat it before the LORD thy God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, thou and thy household. 21: And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the LORD thy God. 22: Thou shalt eat it within thy gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

Lev 19:33-34 33: And if a stranger (1616) sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him. 34: But the stranger (1616) that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Lev 22:10-13 10: There shall no stranger (2114) eat of the holy thing: a sojourner (8453) of the priest, or an hired servant (7916), shall not eat of the holy thing. 11: But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his meat. 12: If the priest's daughter also be married unto a stranger (376+2114), she may not eat of an offering of the holy things. 13: But if the priest's daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father's house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's meat: but there shall no stranger (2114) eat thereof.

Num 15:14-16 14: And if a stranger (1616) sojourn with you, or whosoever be among you in your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; as ye do, so he shall do. 15: One ordinance shall be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger (1616) that sojourneth with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the stranger (1616) be before the LORD. 16: One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger (1616) that sojourneth with you.

Num 35:15 These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger (1616), and for the sojourner (8453) among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may flee thither.

Moses married Zipporah (Num 2:21) who was both an Ethiopian (Num 12:1) and lived in Midian (father was the priest of Midian Ex 2:16).
Zipporah demonstrated her knowledge of the laws by her circumcision of her son, Gershom: Ex 4:25
Ethiopian: 3569 = Cushite, "of Cush".  Cush was the son of Ham the son of Noah.
Miriam and Aaron both objected to the marriage in Num 12:1
YHVH punished Miriam by making her Leprous for 7 days, Num 12:10.
YHVH told Moses to slay men who married Midianitish women who had led the men astray: Num 25:1-8.  This would indicate that woman which is married to an Israelite is alright as long as the woman followes all the laws of the bible.

* side note is that in the book of Enoch it states that Shem was white, Japheth was reddish and Ham was black.  If this is accurate then this would mean that Moses married a black woman since the word Ethiopian is someone descendent of Cush and Ham being Cush's father.

Dt 4:37 And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt;

Dt 21:11-13 11. And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife; 12. Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house, and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails; 13. And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.

Dt 28:43 The stranger (1616) that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low.

Mt 25:35. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

Lk 8:21 And he (Jesus) answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it.
Lk 17:18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. Jesus cleansed 10 leapers. 1 Samaritan which was a foreigner (0241) turned back to praise God

Acts 10:34,35  34. Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
35. But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

Acts 13:46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

Acts 15:9  And put no difference between us (Observant Jews) and them (Gentiles), purifying their hearts by faith.
